• Create physical products for personal use
• Create physical products for small business use (up to 1000 uses).
You may NOT use Sarah Jo Creates digital files to:
• Share, sell or distribute the digital file in part or whole in any way.
• Create digital printable items for resale
• Digitize the files
• You may not trace the design and sell it as your own.
• You may not export the design to any other digital format including embroidery.
Purchasing from Sarah Jo Creates does not transfer the rights to you, the buyer. Copyright belongs to Sarah Jo Creates. By purchasing, you agree to all the terms stated above.
No refunds or exchanges are allowed on digital items once they are downloaded. No exceptions. So please verify BEFORE you purchase, that you have the appropriate software. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
